Using Togglet

These terms cover your use of the Togglet app and website, provided by Roi Kramer. By using Togglet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to accept these terms and use the service in your location.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Togglet for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and any applicable app-store rules.

Accounts and shared spaces

You can use local features without an account. Cloud backup, synchronization, and sharing require an account. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and sign-in provider, and for activity carried out through your account.

Only invite people you intend to grant access to. A Station owner controls membership and can remove access or delete the Station, including its shared history. People with editing permissions may change shared content. Do not rely on indefinite access to another person’s Station.

Your content stays yours

You retain your rights to the content you enter. You give us permission to store, process, synchronize, and display that content as needed to provide the features you choose. Sharing authorizes us to make that content available to the people you invite according to their permissions.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to record or share information about other people. Do not upload unlawful content, violate others’ rights, misuse invitations, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Togglet’s software, branding, and original website materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.

A helpful record, not professional advice

Togglet is a general-purpose recording tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. A medication or baby-care Template does not verify a dose, assess health, or guarantee a task has happened. Seek qualified professional advice when needed, and do not rely on Togglet for safety-critical decisions.

Records depend on what users enter. Charts and totals help summarize activity but may be affected by configuration, corrections, connectivity, or software errors.

Availability and your data

We work to keep Togglet useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every error will be prevented. Cloud changes may be delayed while a device is offline. Local-only content can be lost if you remove the app, clear its storage, or lose the device without a usable device backup.

Template export contains configuration, not a complete export of activity history. Keep independent records of information you cannot afford to lose. We may update features or introduce reasonable limits to protect service reliability.

Ending use and deleting an account

You may stop using Togglet at any time. You can delete your account in the app or request help through the account deletion page. The privacy policy explains what is removed and what may be retained.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements, or material breaches of these terms. Where appropriate and permitted, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by law, Togglet is provided as available, without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections that apply in your country.

Apple, Google, and other third-party services operate under their own terms. They are not parties to these terms. If you have a concern, contact help@togglet.app so we can try to resolve it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Togglet develops. The date above identifies the latest version; material changes will receive additional notice where required. For questions, write to help@togglet.app.
